In September 1923, the American periodical Art and Archeology dedicated its issue (vol. XVI, n.3) to the Brazilian Centennial Number. The issue is made up of four reports: “Rio de Janeiro, an incomparable site for the Centennial Exhibition”, signed by Mitchell Carroll; “The Architecture of Brazil's Centennial Exhibition”, signed by John P. Curtis; “Painting at the Centennial Exhibition”, signed by Margaret Hutton Abels and “Morales de Los Rios and his sculptural work for the Exhibition”, signed by Douglas O. Naylor.
